I had quite a negative experience with Dr. Lyons. She was sarcastic, and at times openly aggressive, when I explained to her that I thought I might have an exposed nerve (I later learned I did indeed have an exposed nerve). I was in considerable pain, and she dismissed it and told me she preferred to administer no numbing agent to replace a temporary crown. I have never met a medical professional with so little regard for the experiences and pain of her patients..

FIRST, THIS IS V EXPENSIVE - ABOUT $5-6K FOR FULL CHECK UP COMPARED TO $1-2K IN OTHER REPUTABLE AND COMPARABLE CLINICS FOR EXACTLY SIMILAR SERVICES SECOND, MOST IMPORTANTLY AND WORST! - ONCE YOU PAY, THEY OWN YOU. NO REFUNDS AND CHANGES ARE PRACTICALLY IMPOSSIBLE... IF APPOINTMENT DATE CHANGE IS NEEDED, YOU ARE SCREWED!!! THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU DATES FOR MONTHS AND WILL NOT REFUND LASTLY, THEY ARE RUDE AND CONDESCENDING (TALKED TO MARIA)..

I scheduled an exam that I was unable to keep due to an unforeseen and grave medical condition that required hospitalization. Because of repeated x-rays related to the diagnosis of this problem, my physicians advised against any more radiation exposure for at least 18 months. When I asked PLC for a refund of my prepayment, they advised that they would not issue any refund. Caveat Emptor! Make sure you read their cancellation policy carefully. Preventative medicine may be their area of expertise, but they are primarily concerned with their bottom line..
