I ran long (6 months) in paying a bill due to a switch in insurance. Dr. Anderson dropped me due to "nonpayment". When they agreed I was actually paid up, he still dropped me! Per the Office Mgr: "You didn't pay because you wanted to see him. It's because you needed to see him." At 11 minutes late for an appointment it's a no-show and they will drop you after two. It's also a no-show to cancel/change less than two BUSINESS hours before; there is no VM/messaging after-hours for updating an appt..
