I hated going to the dentist because of the condecending way they would keep saying "you need to do..." this or that. I know my teeth need care, and I'm doing the best I can. Dr. O is the first to treat me as a person with a brain. Rather than harping at me, he explained fully the function of different parts of the teeth and gums, and why it was important to do certain things. He also was very knowledgeable about any questions I had, and funny to boot.
