This was my third visit to Dr. Kan's office. When I showed up on time for my scheduled appointment, the receptionist said my appointment was not recorded in her book. Nevertheless, she admitted that my appointment was due at this time. She was rude, did not apologize until challenged to, and still has never followed up, despite my leaving two messages in the month since this happened. It is extremely frustrating to have my sick time-off from work wasted in this way..
I am having a hard time getting a full refund for work i paid in advance and was not completed referred yo dental board.
I was pleasantly surprised to find a provider like Dr Saba. She is professional and approachable. I have severe TMJ joint pain and I have had been though treatments galore with no sucess. I was referred to Dr Saba by an online forum. She uses a system that uses hard data and methods versus guessing to achieve relief of pain. All treatment is nonsurgical which was my problem with previous providers. Following treatment, Im feeling relief, I have been in agony for 10 years until I had this treatment done. Dr. Saba is my dentist for life..
Afolabi Martins did unnecessary procedures. Very corrupt dentist. I have records. He cut my jaw bone. Evil..
I had braces as a teen and had perfect teeth. I paid for invisalign that was only supposed to take 9 months. It took 18 months and my teeth arn't straight. Dr Kochenour himself doesn't really listen to me when I talk and likes to talk over me to his nurse after asking which theeth I have a problem with. Kochenour also had me go back and rewind a few trays. This whole invsalign thing seems like a big guessing game and not very precise. All this $ down the drain, Now I'm getting braces elsewhere..
Professional, Clean I would recommend going to this practice. Dr. And staff are polite and professional..
