Root canal was fine, his billing is unethical. He charged for a dental exam when just came from dentist same day, even still had Novocaine on the tooth. Also, all other endodontic Dr.\'s do not bill out separately for numerous types of x-rays, and he did, including a full cone beam x-ray of the whole jaw that was not needed.
