Charged my card without notifying me and none of the staff or manager apologize for it; instead presented excuses such as 'we have 6,000 customers, we cannot possibly phone each one'; well as of now you have 5,999 customers; shame because the dentists and hygienists who work there did a great job..
Always great. Have understood that as a single mom I couldn't afford the false teeth to replace my 3 pulled teeth but have helped me to keep my mouth as healthy as possible..
This clinic and all the staff are absolutely amazing. My teeth are so much better since I started coming here, and Dr. Kazmi actually cured my fear of dentists. If you have anxiety about dental work, I highly recommend; I hadn't been in over ten years, but they were super patient with me and spread out my treatments in a way that wasn't overwhelming, and now I look forward to my cleanings because they are so quick and painless.
