I have been a patient at Ocean Dental for a number of years and each aspect of the business is always top notch. Excellent dental expertise whether it's a regular check-up or special circumstance. Dr. Ferraro takes the time to listen to any concerns and discuss any needs. Kind, skilled and attentive hygienists and assistants. Friendly and very knowledgable front desk who makes scheduling (and reminders) seamless while making handling insurance easy. Great dental practice all around..
I have been using Dr. Ferraro's office and hygienist for routine cleanings every six months for more than two years. I do not feel that the cleanings are very thorough. Also, when a true dental emergency arose (a crown on a front tooth fell off), Dr. Ferraro's make-shift solution lasted less than twelve hours! Although she is pleasant enough and the office is comfortable and well-maintained, the receptionist is annoyingly authoritative and I am currently searching for another dentist..
Front desk receptionist very abrupt and tough. Hygienist (only one) is very aggressive. Not for those timid about going to the dentist. Dr. Ferraro herself seems very nice but having only needed cleanings and checkups, I see very little of her. After 2 visits, I have decided to leave the practice and find a kinder, gentler team..
Very beautiful place, they make sure the kids feel comfortable, and make sure the parent's are very well aware of everything. Dr. Graye is very professional, especially making kids feel safe and happy. I recommend this dentist to all my friends..
