5The overall experience was good however my daughter had a baby tooth that had not been pushed out by her adult teeth. He said the teeth was fine and did not recommend extraction. Now a year or so later the baby teeth has to be removed and she has to get braces again. Insurance will not pay so this will be an out of pocket expense. Just extremely disappointed that after seeing him he didn\'t admit the error and didn\'t offer to replace the braces at no cost due to ill advisement.

2I saw Dr. Russo complaining of a lot of pain in my upper right teeth. Rather than attempting expensive treatments, she suggested that I might have a sinus infection and prescribed antibiotics. The pain went away within a couple of days as she thought.

5I dread going to the DDS, but Dr Patrick prepared me so well for a crown that I actually left his office with smile on my face. I can\'t recommend Sr Patrick highly enough he is truly with 10 stars plus. If you\'re looking for a Great DDS look no further.

2The best dental experience i have ever had, and that says alot coming from me. I have had horrible experiences with dentists in the past, but not here. Katie and her staff are very thorough, precise and very professional. They took me as a walk in because i broke a tooth that needed a crown. Katie and her assistants all came up with a plan an executed it. From the time they started x-rays to putting the temp on, i was walking out in an hour. Absloutely amazed - 10 star experience for sure

3But... Dr. Batt is one of the BEST dentists in town. However, his billing personnel is not that great. I am no longer a patient and I really miss his expertise but I DO NOT miss the years of unresolved billing mistakes his staff made. If you can micromanage your billing/money and EOB\'s then I say give him a try. He is most likely not aware of these issues.
