I have been going to Dr. Salvaggio\'s office for several years and have been extremely satisfied with my care.  However, as a high-risk person during Covid, I waited more than a year, until I was fully vaccinated, to schedule a cleaning. Half way through the cleaning, the hygienist, UPON MY INQUIRY, told me that SHE HAD NOT BEEN VACCINATED AND HAD NO PLANS TO DO SO.  While the Covid vaccine is highly effective, it is not 100% and very few activities are as high-risk as a dental visit.  I was LIVID that I had not been told in advance that Dr. Salvaggio\'s hygienist was not vaccinated.  (Stupid me for assuming a health care professional would be.) While this may or may not be a requirement,  I wonder what other health exposure risks I am not being told about that could prove disastrous or even fatal.
