1Incredibly rude staff member answered the phone when trying to receive records. She told me I was being unethical and hung up on me! I tried calling back and she picked the phone up and hung up again... Sounds like their patient care is lacking, hope the practice owner is aware of their staffs methods of communication. Really disappointed! Beware!!

12Love the dentist. Hate the office. They dont run insurance until after your appointment. They said they accepted mine but I later received a bill. Some of the other dentists in the office are rough and unhelpful. The wait time was extreme and they left me in the middle of a procedure for 45 minutes
