I absolutely love going to the dentist because of Dr. Bill and his staff! Dr. Bill is extremely knowledgeable and explains things to his patients in a way they can understand. He goes above and beyond to make sure your teeth are in great shape and works within your budget (which I really appreciate!) Oh, and did I mention he’s hilarious? This is super helpful because going to the dentist can be scary for some people, and a little humor goes a long way in helping his patients feel at ease. Dr. Bill’s wife, Amanda, is also his hygienist. Amanda is super gentle and she is meticulous! She really pays attention to your gums and teeth and can alert Dr. Bill of anything that needs watching (they keep a list of areas that need watching and make sure to re-check them at every clean) Like Dr. Bill, Amanda is really easy to talk to and I feel like I’m chatting with an old friend rather than being at the dentist. She’s just fabulous! Megan is Dr. Bill’s dental assistant and she excels at anticipating the next need. Megan and Dr. Bill work seamlessly together and you can tell she loves her job. She is so enthusiastic and kind, and truly helps alleviate any anxiety you have while getting dental surgery. Dr. Bill’s office manager, Sharon, is really great at accommodating and scheduling around work and extra-cirriculars. She always make sure to call or text an appointment reminder, and is super helpful should you need to re-schedule. Furthermore, she’s really great at helping you figure out what insurance covers and makes sure you understand your statement in a way you can actually comprehend. The office itself is state-of-the-art complete with 3D xrays and extra comfy dental chairs. It’s insanely clean and homey, and lots of well thought out extras. They are more than willing to share the WiFi password, and encourage you to snap a selfie at the selfie smile station. It’s super cute! There are coloring pages and a treasure chest for the kiddos, and a Keurig for the adults. Everything in this office is well thought out in the best interest in their patients comfort and overall happiness. I really can’t say enough great things about Dr. Bill and his team. They have a patient in me for life! Highly, HIGHLY recommend!!!.
