I’d seen him at a different practice in the area years ago, where he was a fill-in for my normal dentist. Because of Dr. Zumstein, I never went back to that practice at all. My dentist retired, so I tried a new practice. Guess who I find at the new practice? Needless to say, I won’t be returning to the new practice either. Dr. Zumstein was, and is, arrogant, dismissive of you & your needs, and obnoxious.
