The worst experience ever! My kids went to this family smiles office for years in the care of Dr Jensen before he relocated to another office. I\'m afraid & anxious of dental visits. Dr Sauer cost me alot of money and pain after her care. She numbed my mouth with the maximum amount of numbing shots til she said I can\'t numb you anymore and I still felt pain. She pulled the wrong tooth, 2 weeks later my filling came out. I was in so much pain from the wrong tooth extraction, that she wasn\'t able to pull the cracked broken tooth that needed to be extracted in the first place. After all that, she told her assistant I should had been a volunteer for sedation! Now I\'m traumatized to visit another dentist. Please do not go to this dentist. She needs more experience.
