2The past few visists have sent me looking for another provider given her insensative attitude toward patients + premature crown breakage in < 5 years. I was a bit unsettled paying for a replacement in such a short time but I have no choice. I took off early from work to make the only appt that would allow the 2 hours I was told is required to address broken crowns. I waited 20 mnutes in my car, called into the office to wait another 10 minutes, called back for pics and Xrays & waited further for her to arrive to evaluate my case. Just under an hour into my appointment, she ordered work to be done at a later date with no apologies for her delayed appearance, or for the lack of abillity to complete the work in the \"required\" 2 hour visit. Not acceptable for me, I don\'t pay someone for \"attitude\" so I will seek services elsewhere after this replacement. Could use people skills instruction.
