5Although Dr. To was very nice and pleasant, the office staff was horrible! First, they changed my appointment without notifying me; I received a call and an email from Jacob at ZocDoc informing me of the change. I do apologize that I did not return his call or email , I was just annoyed that this was the second time a doctor has rescheduled on me and that the dentist did not have the common courtesy to contact me about the change. Then I get there and they continuously asked me if I was certain that I had an appointment with them. I explained that I did. The staff seemed very unorganized and rude. I had to schedule another appointment for my extractions and again, that visit was disappointing! The dentist that did the extraction, a male dentist, seemed disconnected and was not personable. I tried to make small talk with him because I was nervous about getting THREE extractions and he was just cold and rushed- that annoyed me to no end. I had scheduled an appointment for my son as well because we was due for a dental checkup; and the receptionist seemed so confused about the time of the appointments. I was patient with them because I really needed these teeth pulled and I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt; however, I will NOT be returning to this dentist!!!
