I found him condescending. He largely brushed off my concerns and told me I just needed to relax and I was just getting old. My favorite, however, was why do you want an x-ray? I won't change anything. Thankfully, after 2 appointments, I realized I should go see the surgeon who had performed both of my recent cervical fusions. As I suspected, I tried in vain to explain to Dr. Sommers, my degenerative issues had indeed spread to the disc in my jaw.
