I originally went to Dr. Pehling for my locked jaw. I could open it to 20 degrees. It was so painful and I could hardly eat anything. He made a splint, did a CTScan, and I got paperwork for an MRI. I was soon opening to 38-43degrees (which is amazing)! When I have flare ups, he\'s there to help me and give me suggestions on how to fix the issues. TMJ is so difficult because there isn\'t enough research done on it. He is up to date on all of the ways to treat it though!
