Dr. Pedro Lam is amazing! He always took the time to discuss my oral health and all of my concerns. I still remember my first appointment with him and thought to myself, wow, he spent more time talking to me in this one appointment than probably all my past appointments with other dentists combined. He always thoroughly checked my teeth and once he personally cleaned them without the water scaler due to sensitivity from my receding gums. What I appreciated most about him was that he gave his honest opinion on how to best treat several of my issues (e.g. receding gum lines, etc.), but also gave me other options as well. Dr. Pedro Lam is the best dentist I\'ve ever had, and I\'ve had 10+ different dentists throughout my life.

I have never had such a bad customer service experience with a health-care provider. I took sick time off of work, only to arrive at my appointment and be told the dentist wouldn\'t be here for well over an hour. This is after I received numerous automated texts confirming my appointment. I also received one text a couple days ago asking if I could change my appointment time. I replied NO (the reply bounced) and never heard anything more except for repeated confirmations of my original appointment time. I also got a voicemail a few days ago asking for my insurance info. I called to give it, was put on hold for ages and then forgotten about. No one called me back. Bottom line, the practice has shown repeatedly that they have the ability to send me both texts and voicemails, yet they never left me a single message saying that the dentist wouldn\'t be there at my original appointment time. Now I have to request additional time off work to go to the dentist (elsewhere obviously).

Great dentist, took out all my wisdom tooth and no much pain.

Filling broke in a week and then was turned into a crown. Crown lasted 2 years before breaking in half. Crowns should last 10yrs to a lifetime.

First of all they did a root canal repair on an old root canal that showed a spot above the tooth so she did the other root as well. 1 year later the spot is still there and every time I go back they charge $125 every time you go back. Nothing changed but because of their process my insurance company would not pay for the re-evaluation. So they wrote it off but didn’t tell me and continued to submit a bill and the finally it went thru but robbed me of my semi annual oral exam from my regular dentist. So two things my spot is still there after a year plus and the office will continue to bill you insurance in hopes to get paid stealing the payment from another insurance claim.Honestly I am super afraid as I will not go there because they are all about the money and if it didn’t work will probably charge me another $1200 for more work.
