Dr. Lebus is very good at what he does but is arrogant and rude to a point of disbelief. He yelled at a customer today in front of everyone because the receptionist had booked an appointment in the afternoon that should have been a morning appointment. The customer got yelled at by Dr. Lebus for showing up at the appointment time!

Dr Shupack puts my comfort ahead of everything else. I've never had an appointment canceled or delayed. He is very personable as are his entire office staff! He has gone through special training to treat patients like myself who have had issues with dentists or dental procedures in the past...I was impossible to numb up..I went through a dental fears program at the UW and he did as well as a dental student. The business side of his practice is very helpful and understanding of economic situations. I will not hesitate to recommend Bret to anyone!!
