Very personable friendly, provides all options in any given circumstance. He is near his phone after hours when you need him most. I broke half of a wisdom tooth which I called to leave a message at near 10 o clock at night on his emergency number. He was able to make room for me first thing in the morning. And though my wisdom tooth situation wasnt an extreme emergency and it ended up being something I need to see a specialist for he replaced filling sthat had ALSO gone bad while I was there!
