Short wait times. Kind and courteous staff. And a dentist who listens. I can be notoriously tough to numb for a procedure, and Dr. Kacir is very careful to make sure I am (and he\'s really good at getting me numb without discomfort). He\'s squeezed me into the schedule at odd times when I\'ve had the need. And he once saw a family member who was here on a weekend on an urgent basis despite her not being (or planning to become) a regular patient. We\'re very happy with Dr. Kacir.
