Misdiagnosed the issue. Did not get the proper records from his own practice before making the misdiagnosis. Refused to refund fee despite having to go to another location in the same practice to get the proper work done. I looked up his history and he has had his license suspended in the past.

When I lived in FL went to Dr. Pass & Debbie for many years. Just a joy (if one can really say that, but it’s true) we spent many hours together and the work they do is amazing! Moved to Millbrook, NY to care for my mom. Found a dentist, but not anything like these guys. We had lots of laughs and NO pain. Miss you guys. The dentistry work Dr. Pass is still in tact….and it’s been years. He taught me how to care for my teeth, & boy oh boy it works sooo well. Thank you. God bless & Happy Holidays!
