Dr Farrell has a very one size fits all mentality and is not flexible regarding patient care. I have seen several TMJ doctors and his office seems friendly and professional. If you have a complicated case or longstanding issue i wouldn't recommend seeing him. if you fit his mold and don't ask questions, you should be fine. Dr. Farrell is more concerned with making money than patient care. His office staff was obviously trained in the same way.
