24The staff were friendly and the facility was clean and inviting. The dentist himself was personable and so was the technician. They took 18 X-rays which seemed like a lot—but it was my first ever visit with them. I also didn’t get a cleaning—the cleaning was rescheduled for later due to a lack of technicians (if I understood right). When my wife made this appointment earlier neither of us realized that I wouldn’t be getting cleaned, and at the appointment, I had to schedule a later cleaning in the middle of my workday in a couple weeks. This was frustrating and unexpected, but I also respect I’m new here and they have stuff they need to do for new patients. I plan to go back for my cleaning and I’m sure it will be a great job, but I wish we’d have known up front to expect to have to come twice. Every other time I’ve been to a new dentist, I have gotten a cleaning in the visit that I come.
