63When you make an appointment to have a tooth pulled, and you explain that you DO NOT want a root canal done, that’s exactly what it means! Mr. Beck this was made clear over the phone call while scheduling the appointment. It is NOT ok for a dentist to be rude to a patient, ever!! Especially a patient that has voiced their concerns of having a fear of dentists. You Mr. Beck should have been more understanding! Also, what dentist tells a patient due to INFECTION from the tooth ...the pain medication for numbing won’t work.
