Went in to consult for implants. They referred me to another dentist to see if those teeth could be restored without implants. They told me to come back if I still needed the implants. I called back for an appointment and was told that he didn't want to do them. When I asked why, the receptionist couldn't give me a straight answer. Then she told me it was because they were top teeth -- the same top teeth he had examined days before and never mentioned a problem. Something strange going on here..
You get what You pay for.........went for a new set of dentures( economy set). My old ones were 20 years old so I figured it's time for a new pair. The new ones don't fit!!!!!!! They took impressions of my old dentures. When I went back to pick up my new set. I was horrified.they did not fit. The lab tech told me they had to beef them up because my jaw line had receeded to much and my mouth was closing to much. I told her that they were hurting and the teeth were wrong. I went in and they did a little shaving on them to try to get them right.She told me I'll just have to adjust to them. Well it's been a week and I still can't as they say adjust to them.my mouth is so cut up and blistered from these dentures . I can't take it anymore. So I called them again and explained the situation. They will not make another pair to fit my mouth or refund my money. So I just threw away 425.00. Buyer beware you get what you pay for !!!!!!!!!!.
The staff is rude, they refused to fix my partial. It cuts my lower lip, it moves constantly even with denture adhesive. I have been trying for the past 2 years to get a refund for a second set I paid for but I refuse to go back to get then made. They refuse to give my refund..
HORRIBLE,ABOUT A YEAR OR SO AGO I CALLED FOR AN APPOINTMENT, MY DAUGHTERS SURPRISED ME FOR MOTHERS DAY TO HAVE MY TOP TEETH PULLED & FITTED, WELL WHEN MY DAUGHTER CALLED TO MAKE MY APPOINTMENT AND PRICES ,WELL, I SPENT ALL DAY THERE, FIRST OFF THEY TOOK IT FOR GRANTED I WAS HAVING TOP & BOTTOM DONE, DIDN, T EVEN BOTHER TO ASK ME, WHEN I TOLD THE LADY FOUND OUT I WAS DOING THE TOP THE TUDE STARTED, SHE WAS RUDE, THEN PULLING THE TEETH ,O.M.G. I WAS SO SICK RAN HIGH FEVER, HAD TO GO BACK 4 TIMES BECAUSE OF BONES LEFT IN MY GUMS,,I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE HELL!!!!!! THEY DID TO ME .BUT I AM STILL HAVE SOME DRAINAGE FROM MY GUM, I CHOKE ON BUGGERS THAT COME UP MY THROAT, WAKE UP EVERY MORNING, I KNOW THIS PLACE MESSEDUP MY SINUS AREA, THEN THEY DID NOT HONOR THE PRICE WE WERE QUOTED,, EVEN AFTER I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD HONOR THE PRICE, THEY REDID MY BILL AND KEEP THE EXTRA 700.00 THAT SHOULD HAVE CAME BACK TO ME!!!!!!!!!!!.
With the service my mom reiceived at the scott location, they don't even deserve 1 star . We waited 3 hours for the wrong tooth to be pulled that wasn't even causing her pain because the dr told her the other one was too infected. We filled a prescription for norcotic antibiotics for nothing according to the second doctor who pulled her tooth after he realized the denture was not going to fit because they to her impressions before pulling the teeth!!!! She missed her bridal dinner, was 3.5 hours late for picking up her kids, because when she got there at four to pick them up, we didn't leave until 8.30pm while they fixed their mistakes. No one said I'm sorry. All she got was a, " Today's your lucky day" because she had two teeth pulled for the price of one. The first doctor made a mistake and she corrected him. He covered his *ss. The second doctor just began numbing her to get the tooth that the first doctor said shouldn't be pulled because of infection. I had to ask him what he was doing and tell him what dr. #1 said. The nurses make excuses about why people wait so long. With what happened to us, It's definitely clear why. My mom's wedding is this week and we were in a hurry. Now she cant get her teeth whitened because they didn't even ask her about the shade of the teeth. So for her wedding, shes stuck with coffee stained colored teeth. This service is good if you are desperate and in a pinch and willing to wait HOURS and if your tooth shade is already what you want, but if you can wait spend your money at a more professional dentist please. Nothing good can come from a place like this and you don't even get what you paid for..
