I'll start by saying I'm not a fan of dental visits, and I wasn't happy with my previous dentist. I lost a crown a few weeks ago and knew The Tooth Fairy was literally around the corner from home. I was able to get appointment quickly, and I'm very pleased with everything about my visit. Everyone was professional and took care of me as though I've been a patient forever, and I decided to make an appointment for a cleaning. Dr Cara and her staff were thorough and gentle. I needed to have 2 fillings from when I was a child replaced, and yesterday I spent 30 minutes in a dentist chair with none of the fear I experienced as a child going to the dentist. In fact, when I mentioned how much I hate getting novacaine, she offered a few calming options. I'm looking forward to my next visit in 6 months..
Mark Aronowitz was an awesome dentist. His partner, David Foreman, was the worst. I was "passed" to him when Aronowitz retired and I got stuck with Foreman and his TRULY AWFUL hygienist. That crazy woman hated even seeing blood, so the SECOND I started bleeding, she stopped cleaning. My teeth were NEVER properly cleaned until Foreman retired, dumped my file to yet another lousy dentist using the SAME TERRIBLE hygienist, and I bolted to a competent dental practice..
Dr. Roy and his staff are outstanding! Having always been absolutely terrified of the dentist, it was a relief to finally find one that not only does exceptional work, but makes every effort to eliminate the stress. You NEVER feel pain, you never feel hurried..
I, as has my family, have been a patient with Dr. D'Souza for over 15 years. The high quality of service has been consistent all these years. She is thoughtful in her approach. She genuinely cares about her patients and their health. I recommend her highly and without hesitation..
My experience in this tiny tacky office was terrible....... I recommend Dr D'Souza learn to mange better of hire a manager because she doesn't seem to know how to run an office .... I have seen all new staff EVERY TIME I go in there. Doesn't make me feel comfortable because now all those girls have my information or know it. It is a SERIOUS risk to patients !!!!!.
The staff here was wonderful! Especially Erika and Dr Thomas for making me laugh the whole way! The receptionists, were very upbeat and made you feel very welcome! I'd definitely suggest them to my friends and family!.
