how does this dental office experience poor coffee, waitstaff....my dental insurance recommends you but how come......this is unreal!!!!.
Thank you very much Dr. Mills for my braces and for doing a wonderful job! I am very grateful for all of your help..
Dr. Nichol Penna is wonderful!!! She and her assistant, Anelia, have been so kind. I am no longer afraid of the dentist because of them. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a skilled dentist with a gentle touch!.
So gentle and the absolute sweetest person!.
I love this office so much! The staff is friendly and helpful and Dr. Peterson is soooo knowledgeable. They have transformed my smile and are helping my husband with his sleep apnea as well. I would never use anyone else for my family's dental needs..
My first consultation was at Orthodontic Associates in Catonsville for Invisalign. I was not happy with my service at all. I was in the room with the orthodontist (Dr Miller) for 3 minutes at the most. He told me that the woman I was going to meet next with would answer all my questions. Turns out, she is the finance manager and a very pushy woman. I made it clear that this was my first consultation for Invisalign and I was interested in speaking with the orthodontist about the process and the price so I could put enough money in my flex spening account as of Dec 1st. After I told her once that I wasn't going to pay money out of my pocket since I have Flex, she still asked another 2 times for cash, check, or credit card in the amount of "just" $100. I left there and got 2 other consultations that were about the same price, but without the pushiness of a used car salesman. I got the feeling that since it was a 'free consultation', they couldn't waste their time with me¦¦ of course without $$$$ down. I found Orthodontic Associates from Google and the reviews, so I hope this help someone out. My first consultation was at Orthodontic Associates in Catonsville for Invisalign.
