Best Dentist In City - Dr. Kalpana Kaveti, DMD

Dr. Kevin Cooper, DDS

I would not recommend this office to anyone. They dropped my son as a patient for missing only one appointment. At least I called when I found out he could not make it for a small filling following his regular checkup, they would not reschedule him. Very poor service and office staff very unprofessional..

Don't expect Dr. Cooper to even talk to you, let alone answer your questions; he drills and walks away! He won't pull wisdom teeth or do root canals. It takes 3wks to get an appt and rescheduling is dissuaded by Laura (the uncaring receptionist), who'll threaten not to "get you back in for 6 wks" and she rarely returns phone calls. This office is very quick to drop patients, even mid-treatment plan-demonstrating how little their patients' business and health care matter to them. Don't bother..

Dr. Cooper is an excellent and knowledgeable dentist, however his receptionist is very rude and far from professional..

Cooper Dental

I went to Cooper Dental for a cleaning, they took the standard full mouth x-rays and said that I had two cavities. An appointment was scheduled for a cleaning and work on the cavities. The cavities were on teeth that were close to the front. I ask the dental assistant if the doctor uses white for the filling, she stated on one tooth and silver on the other. I told her I don?t want silver, she said to talk to the doctor. When the doctor came after a 45 minute wait, he said he did not know until he started to work on the one tooth if he could do a white filling, but the other one he can do white. I told him to just do the one he knows he can fill with white and I will wait on the other because I don?t want silver. Dr. Cooper threw what I call a ?Hissie Fit? and said ?I think this appointment is over and the patient needs to get informed, he needs to talk to the office manager.?I had a follow up (no charge) appointment to check my teeth and gums because of the sonic&water cleaning they use. When I went there yesterday, I was told by Dr. Cooper?s wife (office manager) ?The doctor said you need to go some where else where you can get white fillings.? she said the doctor said I demanded that he do white fillings. I told her that I do not want silver fillings and I did not "demand"anything and they are my teeth and I wanted to wait on the one tooth that he was not sure he could do a white filling on. My teeth and gums were not checked.I have been to many many dentists and Dr.Cooper is by far the worst egotistical arrogant self centered dentist I have ever been to. I have had people tell me that Dr.Cooper was like that but I did not believe it, I do now. Dr.Cooper needs to remember, the teeth he works on do not belong to him, he gets paid to do a job and he needs to do it. I wanted to wait on one filling, that is 100% my option. I honestly believe, Dr.Cooper?s practice is money driven and I feel he does not have his patients best interests or wishes at heart, or at least not mine. Over all a very negitive experiance..
