How Patients FeelFAIR
It's possible that all dentists are like Harrison as I've little other experience. The respect for patient is poor to missing, the lack of communication off-putting, the obfuscation of what treatment is needed so complete it leaves the patient ignorant & isolated. The dentist commutes between 2 offices which results in him being too rushed and harried to spend adequate time. The hygienists are spotty, often sub-par & turnover so high that it's difficult to see the same one more than twice.
