There staff is the most disorganized group I have ever had to deal with. Billing was an absolute nightmare! I asked for my wife and I to be on separate accounts since we have different insurance and they screwed that up. There billing to the insurance is sloppy and they left out crucial information that led to insurance denying a root canal and crown. It took from July of 2016 until May 2017 to get the refund they owed us. After promising a $600+ refund we only received $300 of it because of mys.
I had an infection and needed to see someone immediately, it was a Friday morning and i was flying out of town on Monday. They got me in quickly, Dr Matthews was thorough and very helpful, being conservative, but giving me all options. I have now signed him up as my primary dentist.

Dr. Birth has done my braces as an adult, my son's braces, and we are planning on having her do my daughter's braces even though we will have to travel from Nebraska. She does a wonderful job in accommodating our requests and she is very friendly & nice! I highly recommend Dr. Birth!.
