2Very unprofessional! I went in for just a cleaning after being at this location just 6 months prior with no problems, came out with an estimate for scraping for hundreds of dollars, and told to come in every 3 months . I went to another dentist days later and was told this was totally unnecessary. She took over for another dentist and they never said he left, they just kept my appointment. Felt like going to a used car salesman. Worst experience I have ever had at a dentist!!!

4Dona? I believe that’s her name, who I realized has been in touch with me, claimed:”Nobody told you one visitor or no visitor allowed, but no visitor today.” She never get back to me about the estimated cost with my two insurance. Then she has been talking back to me and asked:”do you want your procedure today?” I feel like we should not drive all the way for nothing and want to give a chance and ask for talking to Dr. Yuen. She told me:”No you cannot.” Then I asked again, she said:”Dr. Yuen is with a patient.” And then when I asked again, she told me:”Dr. Yuen is not here.” And she turned her back and walked into the room, leaving us hanging in the waiting room. At this point, I feel like I should leave and look for another endodontist. Every staff represent the wellness as a healthcare worker and the organization!
