:Follow Up For Dr. Chasolen's Failed Work: Please find enclosed the pics. from the work that my new dentist- Dr. Dunford did and is now completed, and the work was a success simply because Dr. Dunford did 10 visits & 95% of doing it by himself and having only 5 % help from an assistant -as I did indeed need a Prosthodontist to do the complected work as I was told by 6 dentist to ''emphatically have a Protagonist only -to do the work from start to finish''. When the final 10 visits of work was completed by Dr. Dunford and sent out to the lab for the first time, and that it was down the street ''amazingly the one piece Zirconia 12 unit bridge came back and fit like a glove- all units floss-able perfect bite and no artificial gum that was needed as shown in the comparison of the unit from Dr. Chasolen's lab work in from California. Dr.Dunford stated that My work could have never been done with Dr. Chasolen's promises of only a few visits for a re- do ''that would entail new expressions ,new abutments, and several visits to make this all work before being sent out to a new lab'' in short I spent $16,000.00 at the university for the shoddy work that started my journey to a nightmare as they stated later- that they could not do the screw in bridge that I paid for- and so I went to Dr. Chasolen and Dr. Misch for a second opinion. Dr. Chasolen promised that he could and would do the screw in bridge unit, however when it became obvious that after 10 events of sending it back and forth to the Cal. lab.and both Dr. Chasolen and I agreed to do a redo only in a glue in Zirconia unit with a new local lab, but that never happened and I was forced to yet have another Dentist do the promissory work that failed as well as, he also delegated the work to a unlicensed, untrained, unprofessional assistant do 99% of the two failures and with two different labs, I then saw Dr Misch on two occasions for a re-evaluation and he stated how wrong this was being planed out by the assistant and that it could very well be made in Zirconia, but that also failed as well and treatment was abandoned by Dr. Gaukhman and his assistant Vanessa as I was taken again for $27,000.00 by Dr.Gaukhman and Vanessa with his fake website that stated that they had a prosthodontist Dentist on staff -from Venetian Dental in Venice Fl. Dr. Misch then refereed me to Dr. Dunford- and I had to take out a loan to make payment for the $29,000.00 Again all in all- I Paid $16,000.00 to the Univ. $12,000.00 to Dr. Misch for the Bone Graft & implants, $38,190.00 to Dr. Chasolen, $27,000.00 to Dr. Gaukhman, $29,000.00 to Dr. Dunford, and almost $14,000.00 to Dr. Farris for gum work that was not needed and I was told this by Dr. Misch, and yet Dr. Chasolen sent me to this Dr. Farris that charged me $150.00 to try and do an unnecessary gum graft procedure. To Date I have not a single item of anything from Dr.Chasolen- except the two years of 90 % work done by an assistant of 24 visits- and traveling over a 2,000 mile nightmare. I would like to mention the perfect crown that was chipped By Dr. Chasolen's assistant - that Dr. Chasolen could not fix- and plus the lab that could not line up their work with it so- Dr. Chasolen and I thought it would be best to remove the crown, However Dr. Chasolen's Fee to remove it was $3,500.00 plus the fact of being billed two times of $500.00 for the so-called lost guide while at DR. Chasolen's possession- and That Dr. Misch said we did not need . In all fairness I am asking for the total screw in unit and abutments that I dearly made payment of, if it was in fact sent back to the Cal. lab as Dr. Chasolen told me at the time not to worry that we wouldn't be charged for the 10 failed attempts that the lab made and just couldn't get it right. Dr. Chasolen stated later that he was keeping my $38,190.00 as the failed unit was NOT sent back to the cal.lab, (so at his time I would like to have the failed unit and the abutments back to use as a spare if ever needed, But if it were not sent back as was first stated to me I then am pleading to Dr. Chasolen, to sympathetically reconsider in making a respectful adjustment to my financial burden that he helped put me in, but not of the original offer of $8,000.00 I then thanked Dr.Chasolen in an email that was sent to him.(But Unanswered To Date)
