Tried to just get an 'emergency tooth extraction' done after a post and crown came off the tooth, and they denied helping me. These people actually turned away a patient of theirs in need of immediate medical attention. ADVISE SEEKING SOME OTHER DENTIST WHO ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT HEALTH! They said the dentist, Dr Moore, is refusing to help me as I had refused a prodding, poking, digging exam of my extensive decay around all my crowns and bridges last time I was there, and asked instead just to have teeth cleaned without it - he refused that as well until he could have his way - gives excuses about fear of 'malpractice'. That's OK and his prerogative. But to hold a grudge is unethical and unprofessional - especially for emergency care. A Doctor should lose his license just for that... My reason on refusing the invasive exam was I accept I'll be losing my teeth (I'm 70) as time goes on and no use to record condition if there's nothing I can do about it - the remedy is too expensive. Just waiting-out losing my teeth as each one happens - I'm a terminally ill patient (stage 4 cancer surgery/chemo survivor w/multiple sclerosis and major lung surgeries on both lungs - life expectancy is about 5 more years at best) on SSDI and can not afford implants, etc., nor would I live long enough to get it all done even if I could, much less survive all the necessary surgery. My MS prevents just pulling them all and going with dentures - would trigger an MS relapse and possibly put me in a wheelchair... so, I just need help from time to time to extract bad teeth as least stressful as possible :-.
Staff is pleasant. However, their policy is 24 hour advance notice on cancellation or get charged. They cancelled day of one appointment and only 15 minutes before another. I had already taken required medication. I asked to be worked in or on after hours visit and was told “no sorry”. Over priced! Paid $1600.00 (“discounted price”) for a REPLACEMENT crown. I have found a new dentist. Less than $1000 for NEW crown! This dentist has Five Star ratings and has been in business for years. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND LOOK AROUND. YOU DESERVE BETTER AND THERE ARE MANY OUT THERE!.
We traveled from another state, just to make sure we got an appointment with a Holistic Dentist. When we arrived, the Dental Assistants did a great job of easing my 5 year olds anxiety. They were even able to attempt xrays, which my son has never let anyone do before. All of that was lost once Dr. Fitzgerald came into the room. He was rude to my son, belittled me in front of everyone, and after all that referred us somewhere else because my son was apparently not a "big boy". Never again..
The Dentist Bridget is awesome she is very gentle very caring.and the office staff is wonderful and very friendly. I would highly recommend this Dentist. I would not going anywhere else. Over all there just plain awesome. Thank you Daniel Fortman.

Yes Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? No, I didn't receive anything at all.
