2I rarely take the time to write reviews of businesses but I have had such poor service at this place I feel I have to. I bought an extremely expensive pair of Kawasaki glasses which have continued to have problems (i.e., fall apart at temples or nose; they don't have screws, but connectors are not secured well at ALL). I have to go back and have them readjusted all the time. Though staff always try to fix them (it doesn't last long before they are loose/crooked again), the fact that no one has ever offered to allow me to return this $500 pair of glasses or apologized that they are so poorly made really bothers me. Added to annoyance is the fact that parking is a major pain (they share a lot with Barnes and Noble/Starbucks). Though eye exam was very good, I won't be a returning customer because customer service is not up to par for the money.
