4No, I wouldn’t recommend her to family and friends. Perhaps this is just me, but I found her to have poor customer service. She does not seem to enjoy her occupation. I say this because she does not make the effort to have a small conversation before proceeding with the consultation (first visit), then the procedure (second visit). I gave her the benefit of the doubt after the first visit. But the second visit was worse, she didn’t even bother saying hello and just proceeded to do my filling. Hopefully she is able to read this constructive criticism one day. She doesn’t have many reviews online (positive or negative). Dr. Belen, some people are not comfortable in a dental office chair. I’m one of them. I hope you take the time to smile and ask how we are to ease the discomfort of some of the patients who grace your office. We truly would appreciate it.
