Dr. Love is a great dentist, My family and I have been his patients for over 30 years. He is great with children as well. I highly recommend him..
I highly recommend this office . I was a patient years ago and changed because of insurance reasons, but am glad to be back ..
My family uses Dr. Love. We've always received the best care. Dr. Love and his staff remember my family and will work with us when payment is difficult. I cannot say enough about him and his staff..
My son was referred to him by another dentist in October, 2015. We scheduled a visit and were told to that they would put him on a waiting list for the OR but that it would be mid to end November, 2015. November came and went and by the end of December, I called to ask why I had not heard from them. They said I needed to bring another insurance car but then he would be seen. It's April and still no call but UNC has taken over. Very terrible customer service..
Good quality work..
This would probably be an ok place to go if all you need is teeth cleaning, as her assistant was great, but if you need teeth pulled etc go somewhere else. I was sitting in chair for 45 min after Novocaine shots and wasn't very numb to start with. When she came in I told her I needed more numbing. She said OK, but I realized later she never gave me another shot, just went to work on my infected broken wisdom tooth. I hollered and tried to scoot down in my chair but she had a great hold on it. Tears were streaming down my face. She completely ignored the fact that I was in tremendous pain. Then she goes to other side and says come-on let's get that out and I opened my mouth because this tooth had been bothering me for weeks, and she gives one painful last pull as I sob and says "wow, that tooth just jumped right out of there" "I can't believe how that tooth just jumped out like that, that's strange", twice, just like that. That's what's strange. Then she hands me a pack of guaze, starts to walk away and says "you're not a smoker are you?" I had told them before and on my chart I was, a pack a day. "Well, try to smoke just a few for a couple days". And she walked out. No I instructions, no mention of dry socket, no pain prescription. I cry the whole way home from the pain, the Novocaine completely worn off at this point, nothing is numb not my lips not my tongue and not my swollen cheek and gum. It looks like I have a golf ball in my mouth. I will find another dentist, and tell anyone who asks how my experience was..
