From the start the bitewing technician was very patient and caring. understanding everything she was doing and so was going through was so comforting! And the Hygienist Susan OMG, unbelievable! Every detail is a chance for her to teach with passion and kindness- making me feel good about bad news? unheard of! it not just a job she loves her job and it’s shows. Had bone loss and bad stains and tartar, and she made me feel not only hopeful but assured its not that bad. She made me smile about it! Seriously I heard periodontal disease and I nearly died, and Susan and Dr E, made me feel warm and cared for, and it’s never to late to work on me- that’s their motto- empowerment support self care. FIRST TIME here and i’m in love! receptionist, passive but confident. omg what a support and she knows her stuff backwards and forwards.
