I had an emergency taken cared of in a professional and prompt manner..
One word description UNPROFESSIONAL My first visit went well other than freezing in the waiting room because they would not turn on the heat. They had a small space heater blowing out air. I thought there was something wrong with the heater but when I asked the receptionist if they could turn the heat on she just came to waiting room and tried to move the heater closer to me. No apologies for heater being broken or something like that. Furthermore it was the same situation on my next visit.
