Excellent experience..
He doesnt care about his patients who have medi-cal. So if you have medi-cal don't bother coming here. I dont know why he has to have it listed on medi-cal when he doesn't even treat medi-cal insurance fairly. I came in and i was there 10 mins before this guy. Waited and he got in first before me. He was all happy and spoke to the guy so nicely but when It was my turn he doesn't even care like he doesn't want to check my teeth at all. Good thing the assistant was all nice because it seems like t.
Dr Fair I would never recomend you to any of my friends. I Have Had to have to have two Rct's you've have done and they have to be redone. went to my DDS for exam & xrays me being a former dental assistant I saw the infection on both teeth had to referred to another endodontists. It's costing a lot of money to have these two teeth redone 21 & 31. Shirley C..
I like the atmosphere and the professionalism. However, there are flaws that I would not recommend anyone to come to this facility. For instance they have a sign that states the following: No Insurance? Affordable individual dental plan as low as $16.58/mo. I am on Social Security and therefore I'm on a fixed income. I needed a root canal and I didn't get the help that I needed from the facility because they don't accept HMO and Medi-cal/Denti-cal. I'm back to square one. I'm still in pain and I still have an unresolved problem with my mouth and frankly I'm very miserable. That sign on their building is a joke. I didn't get the option that would have worked with my income. I literally left that place in pain and my soul hurt because I didn't get the help that I need. My sister is canceling her appointment for her and her kids. I gave this place a 3 star for the staff being nice and the place was clean and comfortable. I'm tired of being in pain and I just want to cry all over again. I am in excruciating PAIN. You want to reconsider this facility..
