Worst experience ever! Long story short, I had x rays done, was told I have 10 cavities, need a mouth guard and 2 deep cleanings. Went home added up the total cost, called the next day to ask what a specific treatment was and if I could look at my x rays again (I’ve never had many cavities and don’t remember the doctor showing me that many.) Staff person got offensive, suggested I could get a second opinion and she cancelled my appointment for the next day. I told her I still wanted the cleaning and mouth guard, I was just concerned about paying for 10 cavities and she insisted that \"the doctor doesn\'t want to work with people who are not 100% confident in their dentist\". This is a warning to anyone like me who asks questions before paying thousands of dollars. This dental office will discontinue treatment with anyone who asks questions or wants to look at their own records/ check what\'s covered in their policy.
