All around excellent - dentists, dental hygienists, reception staff. I've been going to Dr. Rivas for about 10 years. Dr. Abramyan just joined the practice and she did my cleaning last week - she was great too. They won't try to up-sell you on anything and they won't push you into getting dental work done on a timeline you're not comfortable with. For example, they let me experiment with better brushing and flossing techniques for 2 years to try to keep gum recession under control before they suggested it was time to get gum grafts). I recently passed a big personal milestone and Dr. Rivas surprised me with a nice bottle of wine at my next cleaning to celebrate.
