My children are the only ones suffering, I regrettably haven't taken then to a dentist in over a year. Always scheduled their follow ups 6 months ahead. Made their appointment, got reminders 2 weeks early, one day early and then day of. Left work and school early to get a call within an hour of their appointments that they were over booked and needed to reschedule both of my boys appointments..
