7Horrible front dest receptionists. When I arrived at the office, my last name was listed incorrectly by my insurance and the receptionists refused to call the insurance to sort out the problem, even though I had my insurance card with me. I was told that it wasn't their job to call the insurance and wouldn't help me. They could still see me but that I might be billed instead of the insurance. The absolute refusal to help their customers is amazingly horrible and shockingly bad.
