At my first appointment, rather than allowing me to complete the rest of the intake forms AFTER my time with the dentist, they made me do it before. That left me only 10-15 minutes with him for what was supposed to be a thorough evaluation of the very difficult situation my mouth is in. He said he would have a treatment plan to me in 2 weeks. It has been THREE MONTHS, and no plan other than a cost analysis, which I had to beg for.
