I went in with a tooth ache, I was told I needed a crown. They told me my tooth was to small and they would have to take healthy tooth off the top. I was told I needed a root canal, and they offered to refer me to some one they knew. The crown was hanging over the margins (I'm told this leads to serious infection) and they wouldn't put it on permanently until I had the root canal. I never saw Kempston but the 1st visit. I saw a different Dr every time, and was in more pain than I started with. Of course now they tell me none of this is in their notes, which scares me if they aren't going to give me the same Dr twice how can you have incomplete notes?! The crown was so bad that when I went to a different dentist to fix it all the assistants passed it around as a lesson of what not to do, laughing and calling it a pancake and flying saucer.
