Dr. Capobianco is a fantastic dentist. He is kind, gentle and funny. He is on top of the latest techniques and technology. His office is clean and the staff are wonderful..
Dr. Mogavero is great. His office staff is another matter. The make scheduling mistakes and then blame the patients, even when shown written proof of the correct appointment time. They do not communicate well and then get irritated when you do not know what they did not tell you. For example, they charge a service fee for using a credit card for treatment but did not tell me about it until I tried to pay my $1500+ deductible. I had leave the office and run to the bank to get cash instead and they acted like they were the ones inconvenienced. They talk down to parents and seem to forget who is paying for treatment. We will be going to another practitioner if our child needs a phase 2 treatment, not because of the experience with Dr. Mogavero but because we cannot take another 18-24 months of dealing with his front office staff..
I despise having any type of dental work performed on me, but Dr Johnson and his staff are the best at making you feel comfortable. I appreciate the time they spend making sure you have understanding of what your procedure entails. The entire office is part of the overall service experience..
