Dr. Arroyo is the best dentist and orthodontist. We really appreciate all of his skill, honesty, and knowledge so we can look our best! My kids both had their braces done from Dr. Arroyo and he has done a fantastic job with them! Braces with Dr. Arroyo turned out to be a totally positive experience even with my kids and their challenging teeth! The office staff is awesome!! Thanks for all you do Dr. Arroyo!!

Seems to be competent in procedures, however, he doesn't provide adequate pain control. His idea of routine pain control after oral surgery is over the counter tylenol and Motrin. I suspect he's never had his own gums cut open. I wouldn't go to him if you expect adequate pain control.

1) With coronavirus rampant, Dr. Frost\'s office has an OPTIONAL face mask policy for patients in the reception/payment areas. In 3 visits, 8 of 9 people I saw in common areas were not wearing masks. I am astonished that a healthcare facility would not enforce a mask policy for everyone. 2) I had a root canal through the crown; terrific pain followed. Turns out the crown \"had a leak,\" seen only in the root canal re-do: water into the tooth came out the sides and bacteria got inside. Cap had to go; got temporary cap and was told \"call your doctor for a new crown\" with no mention of a 2-week wait. The same tooth hurt again, so Dr. Frost\'s desk said to come in today at 11 before my 3 pm crown appointment. I drove 40 miles to see Dr. Frost, but an assistant came out to say \"wait another week on the crown.\" He could have called me! My \"Best in AZ\" prosthodontist was cancelled with 3 hours notice. 3) FOX News is polarizing; not great to impose it on patients being worked on.

Called the doctor on a Monday evening due to a bad toothache she calls me back and says yeah what\'s up, I proceeded to explain to her my tooth was hurting and she said well take 4 Advil every 4 hours, I could probably see you at at 8:30 in the morning, I got there and didn\'t see her until 10:00 AM, when I walked in to sit down I was told by the hygienist that she was in a bad mood, she yelled at me for not having a cleaning, and I ended up finding a dentist later that day who did a root canal
