Dentist urged me to have wisdom teeth pulled although the surgeon he recommended said it was not necessary. He stated I should have it done by someone in his office. I mistakenly trusted him. Then he collected payment up front and said his office would file the claim. They did. It was paid by insurance company but his clerk, Claudia, refuses to refund my overpayment. Stating that I misunderstood the way insurance works?? Come to find out he no longer owns th practice and they are a Dental Factory with yahoos with no credentials operating in his office.
