19If you have a tight schedule or value your time, this is probably not the place for you. I\'ve missed quite a few work meetings with the long wait times whether it\'s in the waiting area or sitting in the chair. While the Dentists and Hygienists time is important, so is their patients. I have to wait for a minimum of 30-50 minutes almost every time I come in (I\'ve been there eight times). I also had to return 4x for a mouth guard that was poorly done and even had to have 3 people to pry it out of my mouth because it was so tight. Dr. Sadeghi, Amber, and Dr. Carr (with my very limited interactions with him) are wonderful. Unfortunately, the patient experience with his office managers is not great. Even after my first review, instead of a simple apology and acknowledgement that they can do better, they responded saying I was making up my experiences and passive aggressive. I work an important job and my time is very valuable so I keep track of it. I can\'t afford to wait for a full hour
